We’re thrilled to share that Chime Band has been featured on the Redmond Historical Society’s Chinese American Legacies: Arts & Culture page, highlighting our journey as part of the vibrant tapestry of Asian American artistic contribution in the greater Redmond and Seattle area.

This special program — created by the Redmond Historical Society and supported by the Little Masters Club — explores how Asian American artists living in Redmond enrich the local arts scene and help shape the cultural identity of our city.
Chime Band began in October 2004, when a group of Chinese Microsoft engineers decided to bring their love of music to the community. What started as a passion project quickly grew into a creative force that blends Eastern and Western musical traditions, supporting and celebrating Asian community events throughout the Greater Seattle region.

Our feature on the Historical Society’s page recognizes this long-standing commitment and places our music alongside other notable creative voices whose work embodies identity, heritage, and cultural exchange.
To the Redmond Historical Society and the Little Masters Club for inviting us into this meaningful project — and to all of you, our fans and friends — thank you for supporting Chime Band through the years.
